Sick & Shut-In Ministry

An elderly Black woman in a wheelchair is attended by a smiling nurse in scrubs and a nun holding her hand in a nursing home common area.
Sick & Shut-In Ministry

Caring for One Another. Offering Hope. Staying Connected.

The Sick and Shut-In Ministry exists to serve, remember, and encourage those who are sick, homebound, hospitalized, elderly, or unable to regularly attend services due to illness, age, disability, or other life circumstances.

This ministry helps ensure that no member of the body feels forgotten. Through prayer, visitation, calls, encouragement, and practical support, we seek to stay connected with our older saints, those facing sickness, and those who may be physically separated from the fellowship.

We also believe in praying for and showing compassion to those beyond our own fellowship. The love of Christ should reach people wherever they are, whether they are members of our churches or individuals in need of care, prayer, and encouragement.
